We would be happy to take you on board as an investor. Depending on the scope of the project and the respective framework conditions, we will develop a tailor-made concept with you. In all projects, Meerlust Estates SL retains full control and responsibility for project management and monitoring. As well as, Meerlust Estates SL will always be part of the group of investors.
We are always looking for different options and models to meet the individual needs of investors. Currently we offer the following participation opportunities:
- Shareholder
Depending on the scope of the project, you can participate as a shareholder in the project company founded for the respective property. All shareholders have a share in the profit (after local corporation tax of currently 25%) according to their subscribed capital. The minimum participation is 10% based on the total project volume.
- Mezzanine Capital
Investors can also participate in our projects through mezzanine capital. The investor is guaranteed a fixed percentage p.a. on his investment and, if necessary, secured by an entry in the land register. The investment is repaid in full at the end of a fixed term, including the guaranteed interest. In this model, the minimum investment is at least 5% of the total project volume.
For external interim financing, we work together with various partners. Leading the way is the island’s oldest private bank, Banca March (www.bancamarch.es). As a complement, we have brought on board LionsGate capital from Palma de Mallorca (www.lionsgatecapital.com). Be inspired…be Meerlust
